Quality Profiles

TODO: Editing quality profiles. Covers the General tab (name, description, tags, and language, which only Radarr uses), scoring custom formats separately for Radarr and Sonarr along with the minimum and upgrade-until scores, and the Qualities tab: ordering qualities, grouping them, and choosing where upgrades stop.
